At Breakthough Coach we make it clear that we are passionately dedicated to the success and advancement of the business owners we serve. Since our inception, we have proven time and again that our coaching strategies work. We appreciate the recognition and awards that we have received since our launch and are committed to continuing to coach business owners with a level of excellence that none can rival.
When we coach business owners, we encourage them to implement systems and strategies that will help them achieve the goals they have set out for their business. One of the most important areas where a clearly planned out system is critical is in human resources – staffing.
At Breakthrough Coach, we don’t “hire staff”; we bring on team members. We want every coach who works under our banner of to be the best possible coach we can find. Our focus is you, the business owners we serve. And so, when considering a new team member, we want to know how they can make Breakthrough Coach even more effective in helping you be successful.
That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our newest coach, Rob Dale. Rob’s background, character, and personal goals makes him an ideal team member here at Breakthrough Coach. Not only does he add another twenty-two years of experience working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, Rob also understands the value of listening to what makes business owners passionate about their business.
Rob has worked with groups of every size, from single-staff to multi-staffed organizations. He has lead groups from their initial launch, helped others come from the brink of closure to thriving, and worked with those who are simply ready to go to the next level.
He is also passionate about giving back to the community. That’s a core value here at Breakthrough and we love that Rob will be right there with us making sure that we are part of making our communities better.
Rob is also a powerful communicator and facilitator. One of the areas he will helping us launch is our new “group coaching” program. We recognize that there are many business owners who would love to enjoy our services, but are not in the position to utilize our one on one coaching. Group coaching meets that need and provides an amazing environment for business owners to network with approximately ten other owners.
When he’s not coaching, Rob loves to hang out with his two daughters. He can also be found riding motorcycles, mountain bikes, working out at his favourite gym, or cheering on the Ottawa Senators.
