Eric is a Licensed Professional Business Coach (LPBC) with the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA), an organization dedicated to the advancement of the Business Coaching profession throughout the world. He is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Development Program (Class of 2003) and has served in a leadership capacity on a number of boards and committees for non-profit organizations.
As a life-long resident of the Ottawa region, he is a family man who is passionate about living life at his full potential and helping others do the same. He is also a firm believer in “giving back” to his community.

About Rob Dale
When it comes to business, Rob has one primary passion: to help owners realize their potential and assist them in achieving it. Through group coaching and specialized individual coaching, Rob provides owners with powerful tools and valuable advice that streamline the path to success. Rob’s 22+ years working in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors has produced a level of experience that he now imparts to others.
Rob is a Licensed Professional Business Coach (LPBC) with the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA), one of the fastest growing, most respected organizations in North America. He has also served on both national and provincial non-profit boards and executives as well as volunteered on numerous local charitable committees.
Rob is a powerful motivational speaker and has had the opportunity to communicate to crowds from a few dozen to ten thousand. He brings his passion and energy into everything he does.
When he’s not coaching owners, Rob loves spending time with his two daughters. He also enjoys working out, riding both motorcycles and mountain bikes, watching UFC and cheering for the Ottawa Senators. He surrounds himself with passionate people and believes that people can make a difference in the lives of others. Rob was born and raised in Ottawa and has a deep love for this city.
About Nathalie Beauchamp
As an accomplished entrepreneur in her own right, Dr. Nathalie is the owner of Sante Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. She is also a certified professional fitness trainer, a professional natural figure/bodybuilder, a lecturer and local TV personality, and the author of “Wellness On The Go.” Dr. Nathalie has also created an online coaching program called “Roadmap to Wellness.” She is also the founder of the annual Orleans Wellness Expo, a community based event that gathers over 1,500 people each year.
Dr. Nathalie is driven by a passion for health and entrepreneurship. Her mission is to lead, educate and empower people to build healthy lives and businesses. She is dedicated to coaching and mentoring business owners and professionals to build thriving businesses that create significant value for the communities they serve. She strives to help her clients create solutions and opportunities that will help them achieve the results they are looking for.
